At first there was a strange smell in the air... the smell of something burning. Shadow's nose picked up on that and at first he wondered how could something burn with such a weather. Then he figured out that, yes, something was burning. Something underneath him.
Looking down he confirmed that fact.

Alpine Skiing GS Part 1"So, ladies and gentlemen, Chaos and Toads, today is the first day of the Winter Olympics! I'm sure you're all excited as you'll see the contestants compete each other for the first gold metal! Today, we have Alpine Skiing GS!"

Many cheers were heard from the crowd.

The crowd exploded in cheers as the chubby plumber, with with colour matching skiis, positioned himself, getting ready.

A ridiculous amount of fireworks erupted above the massive sports builing, engulfing the night sky with their colourful light as everyone whether they were inside the stadium or at the comfort of their own homes clapped and cheered for that unique event. At the edge of the inside of the satdium was one little retangular room where the spiky haired, excited time lord and announcer, the Doctor, was grinning like a madman. Next to him was red haired woman at her thirties looking as excited as her companion.

Disruption - Chapter 2Sonic the Hegdehog was no stranger to pain. He had been cut, bruised, mutiliated and thrown out of spaceships only to land without any form of a parachute, multiple times. After years he had developed the skill to ignore what would render other unconcious and the the times he screamed because of pain were rare.

When the Chao Cryby ~IOnlyWriteBigStories

Traditional Art / Drawings / Macabre & Horror

Teaser for a story that won't come out of my head. Basically, I wondered what would happen if Sonic and co go caught up in a "Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni" plot, hence the title "When the Chao Cry".

And, yes, for those familiar with the series his role will be quite similar with Rika's.

If you haven't watched Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, do it! Excet if you're very, VERY weak to seeing animated blood, but even the japanese version censors the gorier scenes. Just watch it for the plot and be careful not to let your head explode with the absolute mind f*ckery of it.

What sort of mind-f*kery? Simple.

Watch the series. At first, nothing makes sense.
Be amazed by the clues you put together during the second season.
Stare in awe by the conclusion that puts everything into place.

Rewatch the show from the 1st episode.
Rip your hair as EVERYTHING connects from the start.

I might consider that. But I've seen much worse stuff go without warning so I assumed this wasn't required for such a case. (Then again this needs a warning for horribly executed gore but oh well).
